Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.

Brush half the mixture over the top and bottom of the turkey breast.

Weave the bacon strips over the top of each turkey breast. Brush the remaining mixture over the top of the bacon.

Place the wrapped turkey breasts in a roasting pan rack and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours (until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees).

Allow the turkey to rest for five to 10 minutes before slicing.
