Ketolicious Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Lakanto
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1/4 cup milk substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together butter and ‘sugar’. Blend in eggs. Blend in ‘milk’ and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
- Add to the butter mixture and blend just until mixed.
- Stir in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
- Coat a 8×8 baking pan with a healthy oil. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
