Ketolicious Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup Lakanto
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream together butter and ‘sugar’. Blend in eggs. Blend in ‘milk’ and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
  4. Add to the butter mixture and blend just until mixed.
  5. Stir in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Coat a 8×8 baking pan with a healthy oil.  Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
