Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 1 large ripe banana, 1/2 if you would like fewer carbs
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla MCT powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (milk substitute)
- a couple ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
