Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, 1/2 if you would like fewer carbs
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla MCT powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (milk substitute)
  • a couple ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
