Blueberry Muffins

  • 1/2 cup Lakanto (less?)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with 12 parchment paper muffin liners.

  2. Mix in the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Fold in the blueberries.
  3. Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
